Our group includes Architects, Civil Engineers, Plumbing Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Project cordinator specialists as well as marketing consultant offering a great depth of experience. It is a great benefit that all the services are generally performed in-house so that the work of all the disciplines can be well coordinated. Over the years of providing architectural services throughout Dhaka & Chittagong, we have completed a wide range of both interiors and building design including commercial, industrial and public projects.

The level of service offered to the client is based on the individual needs of the client, ranging from full bid service to minimum state approval level of services. We can also provide individual services for any one of the disciplines required in the design process. The traditional full bid option is available and is commonly provided. Services provided at this level include the following: space needs analysis, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, local and state plan approvals, bidding and contract administration. The design-build partnership arrangement between the owner, general contractor and the architect is also a regularly provided level of service. Services provided at this level may include any of the services listed above as required by the general contractor and owner to meet the project needs.
Our approach to design enables us to work well with a variety of clients. We understand the work and the needs of most clients because of our broad-based experience with a diversity of clients, Interior knowledge & commercial building applications.

A major emphasis in our firm is Space & Energy conscious design. We begin by designing an space & energy efficient building envelope and providing a site orientation of the building for maximum energy savings whenever possible. We then incorporate the appropriate energy efficient mechanical and electrical systems for the application. With this approach to design we have been able to achieve energy costs approximately 30% to 40% less than those typical with traditional design concepts.
Design development/contract document services determine, develop and complete the construction, furniture and finish documents. Computer assisted drawings are developed together with clear readable specifications, to produce a contractor-friendly set of working drawings that complete the project within-budget and on-time. Decorative services provide and establish aesthetic and practical use of finish materials, art and accessories, thereby adding continuity to the project.

Contract administration services include construction and installation oversight. Preparing a bidding package for the selection of the appropriate contractors and acting as a liaison between the building department, government agencies, consultants and contractors ensures a smooth beginning to construction. The review of contractor’s submittals and interpretation of the contract documents provides a well coordinated construction process. Monitoring the building process, preparing field reports and project inspections prior to move-in completes
the project with quality assurance.
